We are a community of freelancers, creatives, laborers, artisans, techies, contractors, entrepreneurs, coaches, teachers, and students of all ages. We are drawn together by the shared belief that we can lift each other up and challenge each other to be better on a daily basis.

Memberships to come work with us however many times a month is desired for your busy schedule. Included in the membership is flexible office space (desks, booths, couches), and all our amenities (scroll down to see). We also have a phone booth to take private calls, a conference room for reservations up to 10people, a workshop for trainings and bigger groups up to 25, a podcasting studio with a mixer and 2 high quality microphones on booms, small offices to meet with a client or take a Zoom call, and private offices for longer term rentals.

Anyone who doesn't have a traditional office space to go to everyday. And also anyone who does have a traditional office space to go to everyday. Want to work here everyday? We got you. Want to come in once a week for a change of pace and scenery and rub elbows with some awesome people? We got you. We are not meant to work by ourselves day in and day out, work is where we make friends and build community together.

We all need different spaces to put us in different mindsets, to remove us from a familiar and comfortable environment and stimulate our brains. Come work with us and feel the difference in your productivity. Natural light, big airy spaces, raw architecture, live plants; these all stimulate the brain to help you stay alert, do your best thinking, and inspire your work. Not to mention our hospitality is second to none: monthly breakfasts, happy hours, events, local craft coffee and beer on tap and located right in the heart of downtown Effingham and everything it has to offer. Yes! Please keep in mind, first and foremost, this is an office workspace, and as such, we will need to make accommodations in order to host you. You will need to supply your own food and drinks. We will take care of cleanup. Your event will be immortalized with picture opportunities with the moss wall, exposed brick, artwork, and exposed beams. We want to make sure all our paying members have space to efficiently work in our limited space, so we monitor very closely our number of members in the space at any given time. Please reach out to us ahead of time to clear this with the staff.

Yes! This is a working space, and we understand taking meetings is an important part of helping your business grow! The doors will be locked so you can meet your client at the door at the start of the meeting. Post-meeting, please be diligent in setting the expectation for them to depart shortly as we want to avoid overflow issues for the community.
